Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
When you book an appointment, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact me through other means, you grant my company permission to use your personal data for processing orders, scheduling, and providing personalized services. I process your personal data to offer customer service and send customer communications. Additionally, I may send you electronic direct marketing within the limits allowed by law and based on your consent.
I also process personal data collected when you visit my website (e.g., cookies, location data, and IP addresses). The data sent by cookies is entirely anonymous, does not include personal data, and is not used to identify individuals. You can delete cookies or prevent their storage through your browser settings at any time.
I respect your privacy in all processing activities. Data collected in registers is not disclosed to external parties for marketing, sales, opinion, or market research purposes. Personal data is only shared with service providers when necessary for booking, order processing, or invoicing.

I send newsletters using the MailerLite software. Users who have joined the mailing list can remove their data at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in each email. Data of users on the mailing list (first name, last name, and email address) is transferred to the MailerLite software located outside the EU/EEA, which complies with GDPR requirements.

When you send a message or submit an order form through the website provided by Squarespace, your personal data is transferred to the password-protected contact list on my website and forwarded to my email in Google Workspace (as listed above).

Your address information is used solely for invoicing. Personal data may also be disclosed to authorities in accordance with Finnish laws upon request. The register is stored in an information system, secured, and positioned to ensure unauthorized parties cannot access the data.
Data Collected
As a customer or subscriber, the following information may be collected about you:
First name
Last name
Email address
Information related to maintaining the customer relationship, such as billing and payment details, address information, order details, comments related to orders, customer feedback, communications, raffle or competition entries, and cancellation details.
For corporate customers, in addition to the above, the company name and business ID (Y-tunnus).
Emails sent by website users.
Permissions and consents granted by website users.
User activity data, such as link clicks, pages or posts visited, and timestamps of actions.
Register Security and Other Rights
Personal data is kept confidential. Data in the register is used exclusively by Annika Stringer and third parties necessary for providing services. The system operates on external servers maintained by the service provider, with access restricted to technical maintenance personnel. The network and hardware hosting the register are protected by firewalls and other necessary technical measures. For disruption scenarios, data is regularly backed up.
You have the right to review the data stored about you in the register. To request access, please contact Annika Stringer (contact details provided above). You also have the right to request the correction of incorrect information in the register. Correction requests must specify the error and be directed to Annika Stringer.
Additionally, you have the right to prohibit the use of your data for purposes defined by law. Information that cannot be deleted includes transaction details required for accounting purposes.
