I am Annika, an energy healer, channeler and clarity facilitator. I have a gift for deeply reading people, seeing beyond the stories of the mind to the potential within them. My presence is calming, uplifting, and dynamically transformative.

My journey of self-discovery began in 2016 through yoga, Reiki, and intuitive healing practices. When I discovered the tools of Access Consciousness in 2017, what started as a personal exploration soon transformed every area of my life. That’s why I now facilitate Access Bars® classes—because I wish everybody could reconnect with the peace, clarity and ease that are already available for them.

After my divorce in 2019, my journey deepened, inspiring me to start my own business as a healer and designer. In 2022, I began travelling the world, and now I’m based in Finland again.

The more courage I have had to allow life’s little whispers to guide me forward, the more happy I’ve become. And it’s not just me, we are all much more capable, resilient and magical than we think we are.

My greatest joy is guiding people beyond mental blocks into trusting and enjoying life.
